Eric Dries on piano, Blake White on bass, and Peter Buck on drums have played together in Southern California for over fifteen years. The inspiration of the standard jazz trio of piano, bass and drums is the foundation for our creative musical explorations. The Trio references and reinvents the music from the great jazz songbook as well as contemporary music. Pianist Eric Dries is known for his elegant, sensitive and innovative improvisations. Bassist Blake White's playing is filled with energy and passion. Peter Buck is one of the most swinging, grooving drummers on the scene today.Sensational vocalist Lia Booth joins the trio for an evening of jazz standards and American songbook selections.
