We recommend making reservations, especially since Thursday nights can be quite busy.Join us the day after Christmas to celebrate the season with Grilled Christmas Salmon, a festive dish showcasing tender, perfectly charred salmon glazed with tangy-sweet pomegranate molasses. The glaze’s rich complexity enhances the fish's natural flavors while lending a jewel-like shine reminiscent of holiday cheer. Accompanying this centerpiece is a vibrant red chili Parmesan saffron rice, where warm saffron notes meet the subtle heat of chili and the creamy richness of Parmesan.
