Family friendly cornhole event!! Tournaments starts at 6:00 PM but the doors will be open 30 minutes before to get registered and to warm up. Registration is $20 per player (cash), which includes at least 6 games. Tournaments usually run until 10:00 PM before the last games finish. Depending on how far you go into the double elimination bracket, 2-4 hours of fun social and competitive environment for $20 with a chance to win money at the end... Can't beat that! The format is friendly to all skill levels. There will be 4 practice rounds (round robin) where players will play with new players each game. The software will track individual stats for all players and place them by their stats through those round robin games. You will be placed in an upper K*ll level bracket or lower automatically through the software and given a permanent partner for the double elimination bracket.
Payouts will be 85% of the total registration purse, after paying the venue fees ($400). We want this to be a BIG weekly event for the community and families around the area. Paying out the top 3 or 4 teams per bracket. Top players usually get anywhere from $100-200. The other funds go to the club to help pay for the licensing and insurance to run these tournaments for the public.
All players are welcoming and love to give advice and see the game grow. Come out for a fun night whether you think you are the backyard hero, if you want to give the sport a try, or if you just want a fun activity on a Friday night.
