Thursday Morning Yoga is a mixed level class aimed at those with some Yoga experience, or complete beginners in good general health who are looking to begin their week feeling calm & connected.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In these classes, expect to be led through a sequence of common Yoga postures, breath work & relaxation adapted to the needs of the groups and the season. Within this class, expect to be given different options of support or challenge depending on how you feel on the day. My style is trauma-informed, therapeutic, and follows what our bodies need through the seasonal shifts. My teaching is influenced by my training in Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative styles of Yoga as well as my training as a Yoga Therapist.
Through each month and season, we will build on movements that stretch and strengthen, as well as practices designed to soothe the nervous system and promote whole health & wellbeing. Classes will also include key teachings from Yoga Philosophy and seasonal living to deepen your practice and support you in taking Yoga off the mat.
WHAT WILL I NEED?
For this class you will need a Yoga mat, water and a blanket as essential pieces of kit. You may also benefit from the following which can be advised during class; Yoga bricks/blocks, Yoga belt, bolster, eye pillow, knee padding.

Please note this class will be running throughout the Summer on the following dates:
JUNE - 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
JULY - 3rd, 10th. 17th, 31st
AUGUST - 14th, 21st, 28th
Choose to book one off classes with a single class pass, or save some money and purchase a class pass which will allow you to book multiple classes on the days you want - a class pass can be used for ANY of my classes 😄.
