In this series of classes, we will explore Buddhist meditations and ways of thinking in order to help to us to face some of life's common challenges. Each week we will explore a different set of circumstances that we typically find difficult:

Week 2 - Dealing with Jealousy
Week 3 - Dealing with Disappointment
By learning to develop and maintain a calm and peaceful mind even when faced with life's challenges, they will no longer be problems for us. Indeed, we may even come to view them as opportunities for our own personal growth and development.
