During the warmer months, we change our outreach from Saturday to Thursday. On Thursday nights we are meeting at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary and have a brief meeting before starting outreach at 7 PM. As believers, outreach is the fruit of our faith. Our theme for the year in, 2 Corinthians 5:14, reminds us that because we love Christ, that love constrains us or compels us to action. Great Commission Night is about living out our love for Christ by sharing our faith with others.
There will be fun for the kids while mom and dad are participating IN GCN. There will be crafts and activities to encourage people in our community. We will create cards, art projects and acts of service for our police and fire departments, we will make crafts for the elderly in our nursing homes or people ill in the hospital and we will teach the children about completing acts of service for people we love and even people we do not know.
