Gong bath Glastonbury. A vibrational healing experience, fantastic for stress relief, relaxation, insomnia and so much more. Many people report back as having had ‘The best night's sleep' after having attended.
The Sound journey will include many instruments including Gongs, Shamanic Drums , Rattles, Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Wind Wand, Ocean Drum, Rain Sticks etc: Odette works intuitively and the accompanying instruments used on the day may vary.
Bring what you need for comfort and warmth lying down. Chairs available if you prefer. You will need. Mat/Blanket. We have cushions at the venue. If you are from out of town there are a handful of mats/blankets available on a first come basis.
Benefits
Gong sound can help to re-balance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. It has a profound effect on our cardiovascular, autonomic, endocrine and immune systems. It is an excellent holistic and complimentary therapy for stress related issues, depression, fatigue, anger and hostility, feelings of separation, loneliness, and fear along with many other conditions related to lack of balance and harmony in the body.
Precautions:
Pregnancy (not recommended during the first and final trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of any pregnancy) Tinnitus/Meniere's/Epilepsy – any condition which is ‘sound sensitive’ or could be triggered by sound. Metal Implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc (can resonate the metal and also change rhythm of pacemaker) Mental health condition (anyone with a serious Mental Health condition)
Please note the doors will be closed at the first strike of the gong and due to the nature of the event, it will not be possible to enter once the gong bath has started. This is disturbing to those who have arrived on time.

we are in the Avalon Room on the High Street within the Glastonbury experience courtyard which is behind the shops, entrance next to Courtyard books and Blue note café. We are on the first floor, up the stairs, just past the Goddess Temple and Oracle office.

London Gong - Odette Kurland - A Gong Master, Laughter Yoga teacher/trainer, Reiki Master and Meditation Facilitator. She has trained with various Gong teachers including Don Conreaux, Abby delSol, Tom Soltran and Sheila Whittaker.

Arrivals 5 minutes before the start time to register in and settle in ready for the one hour gong bath. We start promptly and the door will be closed at the start.
