We take off at 6:30am, sharp! We meet in front of the Silos South End, on the Rail Trail, at the intersection of Remount Road and Dunavant Street. Currently offering 3- and 4-mile routes. All paces welcome. Whether you're a beginner or an accomplished runner, you CAN run with us!
Bring your own water. Parking available along Remount Road, Dunavant Street, or the parking lot of Penn Station Subs/Stable Hand/Canine Cafe at 125 Remount Road.
