Are you a teenager?Do you like books?
Home-baked goods?
Reading?
Angel food cake?
great!
Because on the 16th of October (next Thursday if you're dumb like me) a book club is starting in Forty Seven East - East Belfast, 1A Abetta Parade, BT55EH - for all five of those things!
This is, however, no OrDiNaRy book club. We won't be reading one book a month. We can read whatever you want, and talk to other kids about books you enjoy. Book swap if you'd like. Simply we will meet and chat and read with books as our common ground.
Other details are on the flyer <3 RSVP to 07928099459 (so i know how many cookies to bring)

~ FAQs ~
Forty Seven East has two floors, upstairs will be for the teens (there is only stairs, no lifts) and downstairs for if parents want to stay and have a cuppa.
Forty Seven East is an honest box cafe, but all tea and coffee will be free of charge to the Home Ed crew.
The Cafe is at the side of Beersbridge Elim Church on the Beersbridge Road to make locating easier.
All teens are welcome no matter their ability to read. The whole idea is it's a social with books as the common ground.
if younger children need to come for childcare reasons that is no problem at all.
Please inform us of dietary issues so we can provide something for you/your teen.
