📍 Il 30 settembre ci vediamo da Maio Restaurant & Rooftop, in un’atmosfera elegante e accogliente, per la prima cena social firmata Thursday Rome.
Un’occasione per sedersi a tavoli conviviali, assaporare un menu studiato per la serata e lasciarsi accompagnare dalla musica dal vivo del piano bar di Lorenzo Di Mauro.
Il giovedì rimane il cuore pulsante della community, ma questo martedì speciale è pensato per chi ama vivere esperienze uniche, con persone nuove e un contesto che rende la serata indimenticabile.

Un percorso studiato per essere condiviso e accompagnare le conversazioni, dove ogni piatto è pensato per esaltare i sapori senza appesantire la serata.

Un piatto fresco e raffinato, pensato per aprire la cena con leggerezza e gusto (es. Vitello punto rosa, salsa tonnata, nostra giardiniera e polvere di cappero)
🍝 Primo piatto
Un classico rivisitato in chiave contemporanea (es. Raviolo di ricotta e spinaci con burro, salvia e funghi autunnali arrostiti)

Un dolce che conclude la cena con la giusta nota (es. Cheesecake morbida al cioccolato, con frolla sbriciolata e frutti rossi)
