What is included?

- welcoming appetizers prepared with our Sicilian products
you will learn how to make 2 pasta types with no eggs in the dough: orecchiette & cavatelli for example. With the help of our Pasta Chef Leonardo
- tools: knives, we will make 'pasta al coltello'
- we will then season the two pasta with our Sicilian sauces and eat them all together
- digital recipe of "how to prepare the pasta at home"
- the sauces we will use to season the pasta and the pasta will be most likely vegetarian but please let us know - in advance - if you have any allergies or dietary preferences.
