Get ready for some feel good dance with Safiya in this Thursday Night Bellydance Flow Class!Over the next 9 Weeks we will be working on a very sexy, and empowering Veil Choreography to the song Love Drop!
With ethereal female vocals and a deep base beat, this song will definitely grab you and make you want to dance.
Join us every Thursday Night 5:30 to 6:15 PM.
Starting August 7th and ending October 2nd.

This class IS geared for all levels, but be prepared to be challenged! Modifications and adjustments will be made by Safiya for different dancers personal needs.
What is Bellydance Flow Class?
Every week students will work with beautiful silk veils while learning bellydance foundation moves from the ground up, and then as class progresses we will add layers, and levels to these foundation moves, to explore the beauty and artistic extent of each move, creating a live FLOW of sequences to dance as a mini choreography...each week we will add more to the choreography till we have finished the entire song.
We will incorporate Drills to build Muscle memory, and tone our muscles, as well as discuss musicality, dynamics, and other stagecraft elements as part of the overall training.
This is a fast paced class, but everything is done low key, with fun and flow as the main purpose.
Classes will start with a very short, fast paced basic warm up, and students will need to cool down individually.
Cost is $110+tax for the 9 week session, $15 per class drop in fee, Use a Class Card, or Use your Month Unlimited pass.
