We will have a small group coming to Big Snow for 2 hours of skiing/snowboarding. Slope Access is not included in the trip. Everyone should book "12/12/2024 - 2-Hour Slope Access Ticket at 5:45 PM" for $59.99, or Slope Access 6 Pack $249.99 which offers 6 anytime use 2 hour Slope Access Tickets for one low price. If you need slope access & equipment rental (outerwear & helmet also included), you can get Snow Day Package at 5:45 PM.

Date: Listed above. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Van/SUV will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 3:45 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 4:45 PM from NYC: (Vivi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Northwest corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Return: Depart from Big Snow at 8:15 PM and expect to arrive at NYC at 8:45 PM & Queens at 9:30 PM
Slope Access Time: 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM (2 Hours)

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in NY Ski & Snowboard Club events and activities, the event participant acknowledges, and agrees that:
1) The risk of injury from the events may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2) KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3) Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
4) Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NYC Active Asian Americans their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
