ThundHerStruck has performed worldwide, taking their message of "Let There Be Rock" to audiences all the way from their home base of Los Angeles to the deserts of Iraq. For over a decade now ThundHerStruck have been performing a variety of events, including military tours, national and international festivals, fundraisers, trade shows, bike shows, corporate events, casino events, just to name a few. Rather than concentrating its efforts on any one of the two eras in AC/DC history (the "Bon Scott era" or the "Brian Johnson era"), ThundHerStruck play material from both, with equal energy and passion.
The band features singer, “Bon Johnson” aka Dyna Shirasaki, lead guitarist “Angus” aka Tina Wood, rhythm guitarist “Malcolm” aka Diana Widegren, bassist “Cliff” aka Andrea Zermeno, and drummer “Slade” aka Stephanie Leigh.
They released their CD, “You’ve been ThundHerStruck” to rave reviews, with one review stating; “ThundHerStruck’s CD not only manages to capture the raw edge of AC/DC, but also the bands own unique power and sound as well”. ThundHerStruck have been the recipients of many music awards including best tribute band, best in category (vocals, guitar, bass and drums), and best tribute CD from several prestigious Music Award Shows.
