This Wednesday, we're heading out for our weekly Thunderstriders run, but this time, it’s special – it's our first run of the year in Dyrehaven! To celebrate, we'll be breaking the ice (literally) in the small lake and taking an ice bath.We'll start running a bit before usual at: 16:45 to make sure we have daylight for both the run and the dip.
If you have one, bringing a running bag with a towel would be a good idea!
