One of Tokyo’s finest, Wata Igarashi will be back in our cages on the 28th of November.
Widely regarded to be amongst the leading figures of Japanese techno, the Japanese DJ and producer’s name holds weight. Armed with a razor-sharp sense for reading crowds and measured control of frequencies and intensities, it’s impossible for dancefloors to not go berserk when Wata Igarashi commands it.
Nothing falls short when it comes to his production too, engineering the right amounts of everything and anything for maximum impact on the floors of wherever, landing on labels such as The Bunker NY, Omnidisc, and Bitta. Wata Igarashi has also remixed tracks from the likes of Aurora Halal, Volte-Face and Prins Thomas.
He’s coming on the back off a stacked October – a 10 hour set in Milan, stops in Amsterdam and Berlin, a cheeky b2b with Interstellar Funk, as well club appearances in Cleveland and techno’s birthplace, Detroit. Get your mind and body ready for the 28th, we can’t be held responsible for when they’re blown away. Midnight Shift’s Basil is on support.
