About this Event

Stepping into MDLR as co-headliners on the 8th of November are Anjunadeep’s Rezident and Nicky Elisabeth.

Nicky Elisabeth is a Dutch DJ and producer who grew up in a remote village in Belgium. She found her footing as a DJ when she moved to Amsterdam, cementing herself within the Dutch capital’s scene. Known for her wide-ranging taste, Nicky delivers energetic house and techno sets built on melodic depth and a dreamy feel.

As for Rezident, the German DJ and producer cites acts like Deadmau5 and Bicep as inspirations for his sound. His producing itch started at the age at 12, and he hasn’t stopped since. Deeply attentive to the minute details, Rezident opts for a more minimal and “honest” approach to producing, putting full trust onto the project and himself.

They’ve toured extensively across the globe, with both Nicky and Rezident playing at London’s fabric, Berlin’s Watergate, and New York’s Brooklyn Mirage, as well as being billed on Anjunadeep’s international showcases.

The two of them have also released multiple projects on Anjunadeep, as well as labels like Kompakt and Odd One Out for Nicky, and Purified Records and Poesie Musik for Rezident.

Supporting them on the night are Thugshop’s Boon Shao and Progressions’ Yukun.
