Year 1 to continue to raise money for deserving local charities. The venue location will be changing the first week in July as Sassy, Christina, Shannon and Lee continue on the weekly bike night tradition. They will be back at Amy's Cafe every Thursday night starting July 2025. Flyers have been updated to capture the venue change. You can then save the flyer to share or just share the event to get the word out. The group will continue to use Big O Bike Shop's fb page as the place to find all events related to bike nights for now.
Big O and I will focus on rides, flag retirement ceremony events, and more. Make sure to check under the events tab to see the most up to date events posted day to day. Many items are added last minute while others are well established weekly events, primarily, charity bike nights. Bike night will be held every Thursday from February through the first week of December. No bike night will be held on Thanksgiving Thursday though. As they venture well into the 2025 year of fundraising for many deserving charities, all are very excited that the weekly Thursday night bike nights will continue.
Every week there is a 50/50 with proceeds going to the selected benefactor(s). Once the 50/50 has been drawn, your tickets are then good for any of the additional raffle prizes of the night.
There is also a $5 ticket raffle every month. The tickets are sold weekly all month long. The drawing takes place the last Thursday of each month. There are some really great prizes every month.
There has been a lot of money raised for a lot of different charities and our community. It is a family atmosphere and kids are welcome. Betty and her staff at Amy's Cafe are happy to have bike night back and are graciously hosting every week. We are likeminded charitable people and they look forward to continuing the weekly event at their place now called home again with the new Bike night event name; Thug Biker Family Charity Bike Night. All people who love to serve others and the biker family and families from the community have made it possible to do so much for so many. Come join them for good food, great company, relaxation, and laughter. Come to bike night and pack out the entire restaurant and patio.
