We kick things off with 45 min of Turn Up® Dance Fitness with Dusty, a fierce fusion of dance, cardio, and strength set to the iconic hits that raised us. Expect nonstop fun, feel-good movement, and an empowering atmosphere where confidence takes center stage. No dance experience needed—just come ready to sweat, smile, and relive the best decade.
Then, drop into 45 min of Buti® Yoga Fusion with Neda, a dynamic blend of power yoga sculpt, primal flow, tribal dance, and deep core toning. Guided by soulful beats, this high-energy practice uses Spiral Structure Technique to challenge the body in all planes of movement—strengthening the deep core, sculpting muscles, and boosting total-body power. With elements of yoga, HIIT, strength training, plyometrics, and somatic dance, Buti is as transformative as it is sweaty.
Beyond the burn, this experience is about community, expression, and empowerment—a chance to move freely, release stress, and reconnect with your strength from the inside out.
All levels welcome, including beginners
Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and any props you love
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes (tennis shoes for Turn Up)
