Through the Heart with Forgiveness

Through the Heart with Forgiveness is an immersive experience designed to guide you gently inward—through the layers of self-love, the wounds of the past, and the ongoing practice of forgiveness.

Through gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, self-inquiry, guided meditation, and quiet reflection, we will create space for:

‍️ Self-Forgiveness – Softening self-judgment and embracing compassion for where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going.️ Past Forgiveness – Honoring those that have shaped you while gently loosening the hold of old stories and hurt.Ongoing Forgiveness – Learning to meet each moment with grace, patience, and compassion as life continues to unfold.

This workshop is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your heart.
