There’ll be a throat chakra meditation classes in august 2025 The dates and time are below
Date :17/8/25 ; 530pm-630pm
Things to take note
1) Fees per person $38 (payment on the day at the end session)
2) Wear loose comfortable attire (preferably white long trouser to cover your knees and shirt which cover your shoulder). Have a light meal prior to the event and not too heavy as it may affect your performance. Advisable to keep yourself hydrated with water. Do not wear black color attire.
3) Come early so you will not miss the beginning part of the meditation (each participant will get to pick a heart chakra card for interpretation before the meditation starts, the reason being that each person has different type of emotional heart clutters to clear)
4) The event will be conducted in English.
