Through guided energy work, sound healing, intentional breath, and vocal expression, you’ll reconnect to your most authentic voice—internally and externally.
We will explore how unspoken emotions get stored in the throat, how to work with the element of ether for spiritual expression, and how to release energetic restrictions that may be preventing you from expressing your needs, truths, or creativity. Expect a blend of Reiki, vocal toning, movement, and ceremonial release work.
