Thriving with Anxiety is a workshop that involves a healthy balance between self-reflection and discussion among the participants and covers the following key areas:
• Understanding Anxiety: Self-Assessment, Definition & symptoms
• The Circle of Life Framework
• A self-assessment to identify your life triggers
• Coaching yourself through your life triggers
• Defining a clear Action Plan
This workshop will not stop your anxiety. It will help you have a better relationship with yor anxiety, which in turn will help you understand what the right next next steps for you are in your journey with anxiety.
Facilitator/Speaker Bio:
Astrid is a certified Medical Anthropologist, Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Motivational Coach, Integrative Holistic Health Coach, and founder of I Feel Anxious Too, who specialises in supporting individuals who feel anxious. With over 15 years experience in feeling anxious herself, Astrid runs workshops and coaches individuals to listen and understand their anxiety with the end purpose to thrive with their anxiety.
