Your congregational team is invited into to a three-day
focused journey of discernment, practical learning,
and action planning for inspired and achievable ways
your congregation can be reverent and relevant
specifically for the world in 2025 and beyond. Teams
will engage in "hands-on" skill building, experiential
visioning, and strategy mapping inspired by the latest
in best practices around digital ministry, youth
evangelism, community organizing, relationship
building across cultures, denominations, and nonprofit
lines and more. Each congregation will return
equipped with concrete tools and dynamic
understanding of Congregational Vitality practices in
our current reality. Rural or urban, small or large (with
specific strategies and resources for each), we can
and do thrive! Facilitated by Rev. Carla Christopher,
ELCA Vital Congregations Training Coordinator, and
Rev. Richard Jorgensen, Director for Evangelical
Mission, Lower Susquehanna Synod.
