Maha Taylor and Mallory Hazen invite you to a unique 4-week journey, "Thriving Through Winter," blending ancient wisdom and modern practices to help you flourish during these cooler months.

-Maha Taylor: A skilled practitioner in Psychosomatic Bodywork with over 15 years of experience, Maha offers deep insights through massage sessions, Emotional Self-Care Coaching, and workshops. They integrate various psychotherapy and somatic movement techniques, and are a certified Emotional Liberation Life Coach. Workshop Details:

- Duration: 4 weeks, starting January 10th.
- Schedule: Every Wednesday, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Group Size: Limited to 8 participants for a personalized experience.
- Cost: $425 per participant, $375 for DDY members.
- Registration: Required in advance.
