You’ll learn from a fitness instructor how to prepare your body for birth with strength and confidence and how to gently begin rehabbing your core and pelvic floor right after coming home from the hospital, with a simple 5-point routine and 10 easy exercises you can do safely in the first weeks postpartum.
You’ll also hear from a nutritionist about how to nourish your recovery, support your milk supply, and manage energy and cravings during the early postpartum phase.
A babywearing consultant will guide you through why and how to carry your baby safely, to support both your body and your baby’s development and a birth and postpartum doula/educator will share essential tools to help you feel calm, supported, and confident as you navigate those first emotional weeks of motherhood.
