These workshops have been epic since we started running them a year or so ago! These workshops are fun, challenging highly engaging! You will disconnect from the noise, connect with other legends, nature and yourself, develop tools/skills to leverage pressure and manage stress, you will set epic, clear and challenging goals with a plan about how to achieve them, you will be given the opportunity to participate in some activities that will take you out of your comfort zone and apply the skills taught in the workshop. For many stress and pressure overwhelms us and we use food, alcohol, drugs, gambling and other avoidance strategies to numb/avoid the stress. The internal skills and tools we teach will give you some control over this and allow you to perform and thrive!
