Thursday, November 6, 5:30-7:30 at Holland Middle School. For kids K-8 and their families.
Parents will attend a powerful presentation on supporting children’s mental health, featuring local voices and the be nice.organization, while students enjoy fun, age-appropriate activities with school staff.
Goal: Parents will gain practical tools from local experts on how to support their child’s mental health, while kids enjoy engaging activities like Coping Skills Bingo, yoga, and Emotions Jenga. After the presentation, families join together for pizza and a hands-on Wellness Fair with fun make-and-take stations—create stress balls, calming sachets, coping cards, and gratitude journals to bring home.
This event is a chance to learn helpful strategies, discover community resources, and build stronger family connections—all while enjoying food and fun.
