Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to welcome everyone, whether you're new to yoga or currently undergoing treatment.
Note: Students should also be able to get up and down from floor independently. Participants should also be at least 4 weeks post-surgery and have clearance from their medical professional. A completed intake form to share basic information with the instructor is required prior to attendance,
Your Guide:
Meet Diane Keyser, RYT-200, a certified yoga instructor and cancer thriver. Diane's personal journey with cancer has deepened her understanding of yoga's healing power, inspiring her to share these transformative practices with others. She is a certified “Be Well for Cancer Recovery” Yoga Teacher.
