This free Thrive Outside event is about bringing together riders of all abilities to share knowledge that will help increase flexibility and stability, prevent injury, and build strength. Monument Physical Therapy's PTs are experts in body mechanics and will share their unique expertise using plain language and interactive demos to help riders thrive outside.
You will leave with exercises and stretches you can implement immediately and receive the home exercise program post-event.
With this first-rate, natural playground in our backyard, we want to equip riders with the tools to enjoy the outdoors in their peak physical state.
