Welcome to the second available session of The Most Alive 5! We'll start gathering at 6:30 and the workshop will begin at 7:00.
What if I told you that being robust or resilient when adversity strikes is not the best you could be?
I know 'antifragile' can sound like a loaded or off-putting term, but all it means is the quality of getting better as a result of adversity. (Fragile things get worse, robust things stay the same, antifragile things get better.)
Applied to the Most Alive 5 Series, it doesn't mean being tougher, stronger, or trying harder. It means taking your adversity and consciously finding ways to get better from it. Now who wouldn't want that? Bring an example of adversity you're facing or anticipate facing, and leave with a plan to be dang near superhuman towards it.
This isn't just a talk about ideas; it's a workshop to help you make moves.
