I created this group to foster meaningful connections and share insights on navigating midlife. Together, we’ll discuss strategies, experiences, and approaches to overcoming life’s challenges.
Each session begins with a thought-provoking quote, question, or story to inspire our conversation. From there, we’ll share our thoughts and experiences, learning from and supporting each other in a welcoming space.
We’ll meet for coffee and engaging discussions lasting 1.5 hours. This group is inclusive, welcoming people of all backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Respect and active participation are core values for our meetings. If you RSVP but can’t attend, please update your status to avoid your account being flagged for 'no show.' 2 no-shows without sending me a message and you will not be able to reserve for the coffee events. IMPORTANT - How to find us
**Boardroom of my office. Lots of coffeeshops in the area, bring what you would like to drink or snack on. You will be let in the building starting at 9:45am. Please try to arrive by 10am as the building and elevator is locked without my key. If you arrive past 10:10am, you will not get in to the meeting!!
