Join me for a special Chinese New Year Kintsugi culture cuisine event where I will share what the Year of the Wood Snake has in-store for you! On Sunday 26 January I will host a special mindful Kintsugi session holding space for you to work through your reflections of 2024; the lessons, joys, pain and learnings and to focus on a happy, healthy and successful 2025. I will share what you can expect from the Year of the Wood Snake and how to prepare yourself for another dynamic year ahead!Kintsugi is a Japanese centuries old art form filled with many philosophical lessons and can be viewed as a metaphor for healing ourselves by embracing our own flaws and imperfections.
Traditional Kintsugi can take months to complete. In this special CNY event I’ll share my contemporary methods to practice and apply on any ceramics that need to be mended to allow you to repair and restore into something unique and resilient rather than dispose of.
This experience includes a curated Authentic Asian lunch designed for prosperity and featuring our delish Dimsum - handmade, preservative and MSG free (dumplings, Springrolls and won ton) as well as a main meal and dessert. 🍶We are fully licensed and you can enjoy mimosas, artisan beers, SA wines, Chinese beers, sake and soju too! 🍺🍷
Booking essential as space is limited. DM/WhatsApp me to secure your seat.
