About Thrive: We offer a range of in-person and virtual sessions to cater to the diverse needs of our NYC community and beyond. Our services are available to individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and couples seeking healing from anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our highly trained therapists integrate creative practices such as visual art, drama, and energy work into their sessions with clients to guide them toward healing. Alongside general art therapy appointments, our trauma-informed clinicians also offer specialized EMDR and EFT sessions. Our clinicians work closely with you and (if needed) your family, providing guidance and support to help you uncover your true self and mindfully create your best life.
