Paper quilling is the art of rolling and pinching long paper strips into different shapes to form flowers and other decorative art. The shapes also be used to decorate other objects such as greetings cards, pictures or even jewellery. CANCELLATIONS
If bookings are cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance, a full refund will be given.
If bookings are cancelled between 8 & 14 days in advance, a 50% refund will be offered (or one bucket of scrap for members if they prefer)
If bookings are cancelled 7 days or less in advance, no refund will be given UNLESS we are able to re-sell the tickets
