Everyone LOVES a good thrift or vintage find... so we are super excited to announce our next concept day event: THRIFT EDITORIAL CONCEPT DAY

ABOUT

Join us for a unique theme & collaborative photoshoot experience at the Thrift Editorial Concept Day. Bringing together Perth creatives to transform their own secondhand fashion pieces and loved items into editorial art! Thrifted finds on the day MUST be from a second hand/vintage store (whether recently purchased or already in your waredrobe!). Photographers and models of all levels are welcome! Whether you’re looking to build your portfolio, try something new, or connect with other creatives, this event is designed to inspire and elevate your work.

WHAT'S HAPPENING ON THE DAY

1. Arrival 12:45-1:00pm for all attendees
2. 1:00pm-1:20pm tips & tricks from the LEC TEAM
3. Rotations amoungst all of the set ups & a free flow session towards the end!
4. Collaborate, connect & HAVE FUN!

PHOTOGRAPHERS – Please Bring:

✅ Own Camera & lenses of choice

✅ Extra batteries, memory cards & other backup equipment

✅ Creative ideas & inspiration (with the help of our moodboard posted soon!)

✅ MUST: Your OWN THRIFTED props & finds to include in your photos. This is to help expand your creativity & provide more vareity in your shots!

MODELS – Please Bring:

✅ MAX TWO thrifted outfits that suit an editorial aesthetic – all clothing MUST be from a THRIFT SHOP, OP SHOP OR VINTAGE STORE. They can be pieces already from your wardrobe or something recently purchased!

✅ Accessories & statement pieces from a secondhand store to elevate your look. Think bold jewellery, belts, hats, and other unique vintage finds!

✅ Your own hair & makeup ready, (bring touch-up essentials) to match your editorial style.

Once purchased your ticket, the Thrift Editorial moodbooard will be posted on our Facebook Community Group very soon!

LEADING-EDGE TICKET PURCHSE T&C's

1. Information Required: Each ticket order will require you to fill in a section of questions (including your contact info, Instagram handle, pronouns, clothing size, etc.). This helps us on the backend to gather data that supports event preparation and ensures we can contact you, especially if you’re not in the Facebook group.
2. One Ticket Per Transaction: To keep our data organised and ensure we know exactly who will be attending (both photographers and models), only one ticket can be purchased per transaction. This detail is now included in each ticket description. If multiple tickets are ordered, we’ll kindly ask you to refund and re-purchase them individually.
3. Pricing: Our pricing reflects a variety of factors involved in creating these events, including equipment, photoshoot props, marketing materials, event space hire, and more. Our prices will not change over time unless a promotional discount is offered through LEC channels.
4. Eventbrite Fees: Each ticket price on Eventbrite includes a small Eventbrite fee.
5. Refund Policy: We can only allow refunds up to 24 hours before an event. If you need a refund, you can apply for a request through your confirmation email or contact us on Instagram.
