Well folks… it’s real now.
After months of searching, applying, and gathering what I could, I finally have enough remote work to take a step I’ve needed for my wellbeing. I’m moving to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay- a small, quiet coastal town where life slows down enough for the body and the heart to breathe again.
I chose Uruguay because I need steadiness.
I need safety.
I need healthcare I can actually afford.
I need a pace of life that doesn’t grind me down.
And I need space to rebuild myself- and return to the kind of creating that comes from healing, not from fear.
To mark this threshold, I’m hosting a solo retrospective show on December 13th.
It’s part fundraiser (I can only take what fits in suitcases), part going-away celebration, and part unfolding of the artwork that has carried me through so many chapters of my journey.
These pieces stretch from childhood- when art was the only place I was allowed a voice- to adulthood, where it became how I survived, transformed, and stayed connected to myself when everything else felt uncertain.
This show is both imaginative and raw.
It’s the story of leaving what hurts, honoring what shaped me, and choosing a new life with intention and courage.
If you’ve ever wanted one of my pieces, this is the moment.
Come walk the long arc of my journey with me as I step into a life that feels finally, beautifully aligned.
