About this Event
Threshold is not a goal setting experience.
Rather than working from the mind outward, this experience works somatically : through sound, silence, and minimal, precise reflection.
This is a guided, immersive ritual designed to pause, release, and cross forward into 2026 with clarity.
What to Expect
The experience follows a clear, intentional flow:
- Opening framing for orientation
- 5-minute breathwork to cross the physiological threshold
- First gong journey (30 mins) focused on clearing, disruption, and dis-identification
- Silent integration to allow the nervous system to reorganize
- Guided reflection + writing with one simple question
- Second gong journey (40 mins) to stabilize and integrate what remains
- Closing to anchor a single internal commitment
This is a personal, inward experience, with no expectation of group sharing or participation.
Why Two Gong Journeys?
Each sound journey serves its own distinct purpose and the Gongs are activated using different playing techniques and mallets. The sound is worked with uniquely in each phase, shaping two different internal experiences.
The first phase loosens what is already ready to fall away : old roles, habits, inner postures.
The second phase supports coherence and grounding : allowing a new way of being to arise.
Who This Is For?
This experience may be especially supportive if you:
- feel a sense of transition or change already underway
- want clarity without forcing goals, resolutions or outcomes
- are drawn to sound meditation as a deeper, embodied practice
- value silence and inner exploration over instruction
- are open to moments of discomfort as part of meaningful change
You don’t need any prior experience with meditation, breathwork, or gong baths.
This experience is not about creating a future self.
It is about releasing the one you’ve already outgrown, and allowing what’s next to emerge naturally.
