Join us for a weekend of gentle yoga and guided mindfulness meditation, designed to support all levels of experience. Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your journey, this retreat is about slowing down and giving yourself permission to be fully present.Through yoga, we’ll explore movement that is intuitive and nourishing, honouring your body’s unique capabilities. In our mindfulness sessions, you'll be guided to cultivate a deeper awareness of your body sensations, your thoughts, feelings and the present moment.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, to reconnect with yourself, and find a deeper sense of peace and clarity. It’s not about striving for perfection or pushing yourself—it’s about embracing where you are, right now.

The cost of the retreat is £695 (ensuite accommodation) which includes the accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all refreshments and the full retreat programme (Please enquire about a reduction in cost if you are happy to share). Please arrive by 3.30pm on Friday - the event will finish on Monday at approximately midday (TBC).
