Got a great chili ?? recipe? Like supporting local ? veterans? Think you got what it takes to win?? $20 to compete! Just want to eat? $5 unlimited tastings! Proceeds go toward cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners and to benefit Santee VFW Post 9327 and all they do for our local veterans! Crowd votes for their favorite to determine the winners! Contestants bring 1.5+ gallons and a way to keep it warm (crockpot, sterno, etc.) Sample cups are 2oz, if you run out before the event ends not as many people can vote for you so make sure you bring plenty of chili! Three Frogs will supply sample cups, spoons, napkins, tables, canopies, etc.
