Three days of Iyengar Yoga with Anne Barbaret (CIYT- Level 2)Thursday, November 7th:
Class at 4pm- Dinner at 6pm
Friday, November 8th and Saturday, November 9th
Before breakfast: 7:30-8:30: Meditation/ Breath work
Breakfast
Asana: 10am-12pm
Lunch Noon
Asana/Inversion practice/other: 4:30-6:30pm
Sunday, November 10th (My Birthday!)
Morning session only: 8:30-10:30am
There will be a theme for the weekend that we will reflect on over our time together. There will be time for questions, conversations as well.
Rates per student for the retreat (based on 10 students)
$450 if paid by August 15th
$550 if paid by September 15th
$600 if paid between September 15th and October 5th
If less than 10 students registered by October 5th, I will cancel the event and you will be reimbursed fully
If you cancel see below the cancelation policy
What is included:
All yoga + Welcome Dinner on Thursday Evening@6pm + Lunch on Friday & Saturday
What is not included:
Accommodation + Dinner on Friday & Saturday + Breakfasts Friday/Saturday/Sunday (there is a nice coffee shop on site) + Transportation

Anne B Yoga Cancellation Policy for this retreat only*:
If you cancel, before September 15th: You are reimbursed fully less $50 non refundable
If you cancel between September 15th and October 5th: You are reimbursed half of the payment you made
If you cancel after October 5th: No reimbursement
*Unless you find a replacement for your spot- or contact me for alternate solutions
** Make sure to book early your accommodation that is fully refundable, if you need roommates contact me or invite friends!
