Ready to shake up your home bar game?
Join L’OCA’s master mixologist, Matt Lyon, as he guides you through the process of crafting three iconic Martinis: the richly indulgent Espresso Martini, the vibrantly sophisticated Cosmopolitan, and the timelessly elegant Vesper Martini.
While you’re shaking and stirring, Matt will share captivating stories about each cocktail’s origins, history, and cultural significance, empowering you to confidently craft these classic cocktails at home and impress your guests.
To elevate your martini-making experience, each cocktail will be paired with a selection of delectable light tapas, designed to complement the unique flavours of each drink.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.
Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds are only available for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to the class.
