Have been pondering this one for some time,it's a tough day out but also beautiful,I did most of it a few years ago ,will some big climbs bit also some longish flat or downhill bits , mainly fields and lanes with odd woodland section.total distance is 19 miles
start time 7.30am allow ourselves plenty of time as your looking at 6-7 hours .
As usual ice Tags, food for the day and some extra, fluids , dogs allowed on leads
