About this Event
‘Threading Stories’ is a group exhibition of eleven migrant women artists. It features embroidery and textile works produced in response to ‘Putting Ourselves in the Picture’ - Migrant Voice’s photography exhibition at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The artists’ collective worked over several weeks to make works talking about their migrant experience and the cultures they represent. At the launch event, the artists will talk about the links between their experiences of migration and their art.
