A two-day course with three days of opportunity to learn how to hike and trail run more efficiently. The first day is a talking day, covering topics such as the best shoes, attire, body biomechanics, and endurance nutrition. The second day is an opportunity to try it out at Sweetwater and Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield. The event is led by a 15-year hiker/trail runner and her husband who has run ultras and trails for over 25 years.
