Slow down and find your center during the busiest week of the season. Join us for Thoughtful Thursday, a peaceful Sound Bath Meditation Journey designed to melt away holiday stress and welcome in a sense of calm, clarity, and comfort.
Your evening begins with an oracle card pull to offer gentle guidance as you prepare for the final stretch before Christmas. You’ll then be invited to settle into stillness with grounding aromatherapy, helping your breath deepen and your body unwind.
As the journey unfolds, allow the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments to wash over you. These harmonious vibrations help quiet the mind, soften tension, and bring you back into a state of ease—something we all need during the holiday rush.
We’ll end the night with hot herbal tea and a moment of quiet reflection, giving you space to integrate the experience before heading back into the week.
This special pre-holiday session is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply craving a peaceful pause before Christmas. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, comforted, and gently renewed.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. A journal is encouraged for reflection after the meditation.

- Please arrive by 6:50 PM to settle in before we start.
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. You may bring your own mat, blanket, or eye pillow for added comfort.
- Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
- Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
