This very likely may be the final weekend we have of proper Autumn weather before we dive head first into winter and say goodbye to the infamous Three-Week-Fall in NYC.
After class, enjoy some complimentary NightOwl espresso martinis to set your Sunday off RIGHT.
Resistance bands and mats will be provided!

- Time: 12:30pm class start time to 1:20 followed by a 10 minute stretch. Feel free to get there as early as 12:15p.
