Join the Open Minds Initiative for a discussion with Sebastian Junger, journalist, director, and best-selling author of "The Perfect Storm" on February 4, 7-8 p.m. at the Missouri Theatre.Junger will discuss his book, "Freedom." Presented by the Lloyd B. Thomas Lecture and Performance Series in collaboration with the College of Arts and Science's Open Minds Initiative, which is dedicated to strengthening the purpose and promise of higher education, bridge ideological differences, reduce political polarization, and strengthen democratic values on campus and beyond.
