This is a one-hour social out and back north on the rail trail, which is crushed gravel and on the last Thursday of the month.Parking is available across the street from Liquid Hero Brewery. Liquid Hero Brewery is on the corner of George and North St. So, we'll start our run right from that corner.
Run or walk at your own pace and plan to finish together at 7pm. Hang out for social time at the brewery afterwards if you'd like. Hope to see you there, friend!!!!
