The second of our series of Thirsty Thursday evening shows at Moon features: Kingston High All Stars, Dónal & The Bucks, Louis Gradwell and LOST BiRD.
For the show Moon will have thirst quenching drinks deals and some food specials on the day too. Keep an eye out for them the week of the event!
Kingston High All Stars - International group of musicians, playing and emulating the sounds of West African Blues tradition. Groovy, melodic, hypnotic guitar, rolling rhythms, and driving bass to transport you to the Sahara. .
Dónal & The Bucks - Energetic, Heart-felt and fun. Dónal will start mellow and finish in rock n roll fashion with The Bucks.
Louis Gradwell - Louis of Day Moon is a wellington music scene identity whose songs theme upon the human experience, writing on topics such as the need for companionship, romance, and all sorts of wacky personal experiences. Armed with their trusty guitar, Milly, one minute you’ll be dozing off in a peaceful lullaby and the next you’ll be up dancing.
LOST BiRD play songs inspired by forests, oceans, love, hurt, and hope. If you like Bob Dylan, Iron and Wine, Bonnie Prince Billy, you’ll find a vibe to latch onto.
Door from 6:00pm.`

LOST BiRD - from 9:15pm
Tickets $12 from Eventfinda, or $15 at the door.
